A key commander of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Adnan Afridi, is reported to have been shot dead by unknown persons in the Naseerabad area of Rawalpindi. On Saturday, sources said that the dead body of the slain commander was found on the premises of the Westreeg jail in Rawalpindi last night which was later shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital. The hospital confirmed the death and identity of the body.
