Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Saturday said that the ties with India could not be nomalized without solution of the Kashmir issue. Talking to media in Multan, foreign minister said that the world has accepted the indigenous nature of the struggle in Kashmir. He urged for participation of Kashmiris in talks to seek solution of the dispute. Qureshi said, "We want progress in Pak-US ties above the focus over military and Afghanistan."
