KARACHI- An Anti-Terrorism Court-II (ATC-II) today remanded two suspects to jail custody till March 13, 2014 in a murder case.

Police produced both suspects Mohammad Javed alias Shakil and Danish alias Bacha before ATC-II Judge in tight security.

The Court granted remand of two suspects till March 13, 2014 and directed police to produce them in the next hearing.

According to the prosecution, accused Javed and Danish were involved in murder of Syed Niaz Ahmed in Orangi Town on February 1, 2014.

Suspects were arrested during a raid conducted by police in Orangi Town on February 28, 2014.

A case (FIR 21/2014) was registered at the Iqbal Market police station under Sections 302 (premeditated murder), and 34 (common intention) of Pakistan Penal Code read with Section-7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.
