KARACHI - A tortured body of a teenage body was found from Kalakot area of Lyari when he was on way to home after attending college classes.
Police said that 17-year-old Sharjeel Rabbani resident of No 2, Korangi went to Mono Technical College, Lyari when some unidentified gunmen picked him up from outside the premises of college while his shot dead tortured body was found from Kalakot area.
Police quoted his college friends that some gunmen affiliated with Lyari gang abducted the boy and threw his shot dead body at the said place. The boy belonged to an Urdu-speaking family and killed over ethnic grounds, police said. Another incident took place in the remits of Eidgah police station some gangsters attacked a shop in which four people were injured.
The injured included Shakir, Mehmood, Shahrukh, and Kashif. They were taken to the hospital where doctors termed their condition critical.
