Shia Ulema Council announced three-day peaceful mourning against the killings of at least 12 people in Karachi blast, report said on Friday. The Council urged the people of Karachi to remain peaceful during these days. Jafaria Alliance and Pasban-e-Aza jointly announced the three-day mourning.
