KARACHI - Blasts continued in the City which created panic among the citizens.
According to details, militants fixed a three-kilogram explosive device at Hawksbay Road which blown up before the arrival of police convoy. 
Police said that gangsters involved in the killing of several innocent people were arrested from Lyari were scheduled to appear before the court when militants fixed the explosive device just away from the police convoy. Experts of bomb disposal squad pointed out that at least three kilogram explosive was used by the terrorists but explosion did not harm anybody because it went off just away from the police mobile.
In another incident, unknown militants targeted the office of ANP local leader at Sharafi Goth. Police said that Haji Attiqueur Rehman, local leader of ANP, used to run his own property dealing office in Sharafi Goth area where militants reached on a motorbike and threw a hand cracker at the office. It damaged the office but people remained safe.  
3 KILLED: Three people were killed in separate violent incidents here on Monday. A youngman was shot dead here in the remits of Khawaja Ajmair Nagri police station. Police said that Ammar Yasir, 29, used to work at a gift centre located in Sector 5-C/4 where gunmen riding a motorbike reached and shot him once with point blank range. Assailants managed to flee while the deceased was taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for autopsy. Police have yet to ascertain the motive behind the killing.
In the limits of Al-Falah police station, some bandits shot dead a young man. Police said that Farooq Ahmed saw bandits who were trying to rob his sister outside his residence when he came outside the home and trying to catch the bandits but bandits open firing and killed him.
A man shot dead a bandit in Sherpao Colony within the remits of Sharafi Goth police station.
Police said that three unknown bandits barged into the house of Sadaqat where Sadaqat took out the pistol timely and opened fire. Resultantly one unknown bandit sustained bullet wounds died on the spot while his accomplices managed to flee. Police shifted the body of the victim to morgue for identification.
