Cyclone Phet has reached at the distance of 200 kilometers from Karachi and will landfall at Karachi and other parts of the Sindh coastal belt this evening, a weather official said. Director General Meteorological Department Qamar Zaman Chaudhry talking to ARY News on Sunday said the cyclone approaching to Karachi has been around 200 kilometers away from the Sindh coastal belt and will hit the coast this evening. He said the rainfall due to the cyclone will continue for next 36 hours. The cyclone will generate gusty winds at Karachi coast with 60 to 80 kilometers speed.
