The President of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Ali Ahmed Kurd has announced to end sit-in at Sindh-Balochistan junction on Friday. He said the participants of the long march would reach Lahore and then Islamabad. Kurd said the sit-in would be staged on March 16 in the federal capital. He appealed to the people to join the long march in Islamabad and added the march aimed at ensuring independent judiciary. Kurd said the people support their cause and termed hijacking of the lawyers' movement out of question. He said no country could make headway without a free judiciary. Kurd also lauded the role of media.
