The Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has announced here on Monday that the salaries of the Sindh police personnels would be made parallel to Punjab police personnel and the recruitments in Sindh police would be made on merit.Addressing the 22nd Elite Force Passing Out Parade, the CM said that keeping in view the security improvisation measures on the Sindh Highways, the Highway Patrolling Police would soon be formed. One billion rupees have been allocated in Sindh budget for the installment and maintenance of security cameras in Karachi while the police center Raziqabad has been renamed as Benazir Bhutto Insedad-e-Dehsatgardi Training Center Raziqabad on the recommendation of I.G Sindh Shoaib Suddle, he further added.
