The parliamentary committee formed for judges induction Tuesday rejected the recommendation of the Judicial Commission to give one-year-extension in term at office for two Sindh High Court judges, report said. The committee approved one-year-term-extension for four out of six additional judges of the SHC on the recommendations of the Judicial Commission, those include Justice Imam Bux Baloch, Justice Azher Rizvi, Justice Mohammad Ali Mazher and Justice Nisar Ahmed Shaikh. The PC rejected Justice Salman Hamid and Justice Mohammad Tasneem for the term-extension.
