A narrow-minded person has strangled two women to death in Rajanpur locality of Punjab on Sunday. Police sources told that the departed souls are reported to be the wife (Najma) and cousin (Nizam Bibi) of the assassin Mumtaz Khokhar. Police have arrested the accused registering a case and have sent dead bodies for postmortem.
