US, Taliban playing fixed match: MWM

KARACHI  - Secretary General of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Allama Raja Abbas Nazir has said that US and Taliban are playing fixed-match to harm Pakistan, while the PML-N Government is afraid of Taliban and other terrorists groups.
The MWM leader urged the government to appoint Chief of Army Staff on seniority basis.
The MWM will participate in the Local Councils elections and elections to the Legislative Assembly of Gilgit-Baltistan, he said.
He was addressing the Azmat-e-Wilayat Conference, held at Nishtar Park here on Sunday, organised by MWM, in which thousands of people from all over the province participated.
Azmat-e-Wilayat Conference, a mammoth public meeting of Shia Muslims, strongly turned down the strategic dialogue with the US and outlawed Taliban stating that they were playing a fixed-match to hoodwink the world.
Thousands of supporters of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen thronged Nishtar Park to endorse what the MWM’s head Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari said a referendum against the pro-terrorism policies of the government.
“Wilayat is a divine system of leadership and guidance for human beings. Commander of faithful Hazrat Ali (AS) was divine leader and guide. He fought a counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency war and government should follow him,” urged Allama Jafari.
He said that the first three Caliphs had always got advices from Hazrat Ali (AS) and implementation of his policies brought in stability and prosperity
,therefore, he urged the government to act upon the true path taught by Hazrat Ali (AS).
He said that Hazrat Ali’s Wilayat was announced by Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) at Ghadeer after his last Haj.
He said that Azmat-e-Wilayat Conference was a Ghadeer like congregation.
“US and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia introduced American brand of Islam and their brand brought instability in Afghanistan, Central Asia, Middle East and South Asia in particular,” he said.
Amid the slogans of Labbaik Ya Ali (AS) and Labbaik Ya Hussain (AS), leaders of the MWM, said that self-reliance is the true path that the Wilayat has taught to Muslims. Women and youths were fluttering flags and raising slogans such as Haider Haider, another name of Hazrat Ali (AS).
Allama Amin Shaheedi, Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi, Allama Mukhtar Imami, Allama Aijaz Behishti, Allama Sadiq Raza Taqvi, Allama Abdullah Mutaheri, Mubashir Zaidi and other officials spoke at the conference in which people from every nook and corner of Sindh province participated.
They said that Shiites are the first defence line of Pakistan and Shiites led Muslims of Subcontinent to get independence from British colonial power.
In the resolutions adopted at the Azmat-e-Wilayat Conference, the policy of dialogue with the terrorists was opposed. It demanded Swat-like military action to rid whole of the country of terrorists.
It cited that All Parties Conference in 2011, it was decided unanimously that a new policy with a new direction should be initiated but the appeasing the terrorists is neither a new policy nor a new direction. It said that a fixed match is being played between the terrorists and the United States to prolong their two-pronged anti-Pakistan terrorism.
It said that neither the US nor the terrorists can be friends of Pakistan because both of them have attacked Pakistan and Pakistanis including civilians and military personnel and their properties and installations.
Therefore Azmat-e-Wilayat Conference rejects strategic dialogue with the US and dialogue with the outlawed Taliban terrorists.
