Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has blamed that US is against peace and stability in the region therefore it sabotaged the peace talks by carrying out drone attack.
Talking to media persons here Saturday, Imran Khan said that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) chief Hakimullah was intentionally targeted by US spy predator on the day when dialogues process was going to be initiated formally.
He said that entire conspiracy was hatched to create misunderstanding between government and TTP leadership for sabotaging the peace initiatives taken in consensus of all stakeholder during All Parties Conference (APC).
The PTI chief said that talks with Taliban were unconditional and rumours in this regard were baseless.
He said that the drone strike took place at the time when both parties were interested to sit together for resolving the issues through talks when reveal the US nefarious designs.
Imran Khan urged entire nation to unite at single point agenda regarding ending of US drone strikes to save the country.
He said that drone issues also came under discussion during APC and it was questioned whether the attacks will end initiation of peace dialogues.
The PTI chief also vowed to table resolutions in National, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Sindh and Punjab Assemblies to halt the NATO supply till the drone strikes come to an end.
He said that for last nine years our army is engaged in war on terror but internal conflicts intensified further during this time.
Imran said that KP government will not allow NATO containers to use the route for supply to the allied forces in Afghanistan.
