The Lahore High Court (LHC) chief justice on Wednesday constitutes a full bench in response to a petition that had been filed against the prime minister, alleging that he was not complying with court orders, a private TV channel reported.
In his petition, Advocate A.K. Dogar has requested the court that action should be taken against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani for not complying with court orders under Article 6 of the Constitution.
LHC Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat admitted the application for hearing and subsequently constituted a full bench of the court.
The bench would be headed by Justice Azmat and other members of the bench would be Justice Nasir Saeed and Justice Shahid Saeed.
