LAHORE - Qazi Pilot School won the boys title of the Inter-school and collegiate Games Taekwondo while girls crown went to Paradise School for Girls on day three of the competition. Qazi Pilot School with 81 points won the title followed by DPS with 61 points and Paradise Public School. In girls category, Paradise School got the first place followed by School Academy was second and DPS was third. In boys athletics, Salamat School was the winner of the 100 metres race with Arbaz taking the title, Central Model School's Adnan and Garrison Academy's Mohammad Anwar were second and third respectively. In 200m, Arbaz was again the winner, Abdul Manan of Beacon House Defence and DPS's Hassan Arif were second and third. In 400m, Central Model School's Adnan, Beacon Defence's Abdul Manan and Hamza Mahboob of Salamat were the winners of top three places. In 800m, Adnan of Central Model, Hamza of Salamat, Amjad Khan DPS were the winners. Long jump: Arbaz of Salamat, Amar Naeem of DPS and Uozi Butt of Beacon were the winners. Shot putt: Bilal Hussain of Beacon, Haider Shah of Salamat and Mohammad Aamer of DPS were the winners. Javelin throw: Alamgir of Beacon, Aamer of DPS and Walid Rana of Model Town Main Market won the three places. In inter-collegiate 100 m race, Shahzad Nauman of PCC, Majid of Punjab College of Commerce, Ghulam Ghaus of Islamia Civil Lines. 200m: Zahid Punjab College, Shahzad Nauman ad anis Ahmed Civil Lines. 400m: Zahid Ali Punjab College, Anis Civl Lines, Sajid Bashir GCU. 800m: Nawaz Ali Civil Lines, Rashid GCU, Sarfraz Hussain Punjab College. 1500m: Nawaz Civil Lines, Rashid Munir GCU and Mohsin Raza Civil Lines. Long jump: Shahzad Nauman of Punjab College, Umer Sheikh of DPS and Waqas Ali Punjab College. High Jump: Abdul Ghaffar of Punjab, Nawaz Ali and Waqas Ali of Punjab college. In girls table tennis: Kannaid college was winner against Samanabad College. In boys category Punjab College, Superior College Basketball, Beacon House, City and DPS were the three position winners.
