LAHORE - Darussalam has placed its all the publications in the library of Masjid-e-Nabvi (Prophets Mosque) at Madina, Saudi Arabia. The purpose of placing the books at the said library is to give religious education to the Haj pilgrims and Umrah in an easy lingual presentation. Darussalam General Manager Abdul Malik Mujahid, along with a delegation, met the management of the library and donated the books. On the occasion, other members of Darussalams management were also present. The Director General of the library Ubaid Saleh al-Ubaid, director of the library Muhammad Hasan al-Ubaidi and In charge of the library Faris Muhammad al-Jarba welcomed the delegation. On this occasion, Abdul Malik Mujahid said that this is a great honour for Darussalam that its publications were allowed to be put in the library of Masjid-e-Nabvi. The Director General of the library Ubaid Saleh al-Ubaid told that books of Darussalam had been placed both in the men and women sections. The women library is in the eastern and western side of the mosque and the library for men is in the west on the upper floor, and there are more than 120,000 books in it. This is one of the most beautiful and modem libraries of the world with a large number of books having more than 64,800 topics. Ubaid Saleh al-Ubaid thanked and appreciated Darussalam for donating books and its preaching efforts. He also gave a letter of appreciation to Darussalams representatives. On the occasion, the management of the library arranged a visit of the library for the delegation. The members included Vice Ameer of Markazi Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Ali Muhammad Turaab, branch manager of Darussalam Al-Madina Muneeb Kibarya. It may be mentioned here that 908 books of Darussalam placed in the library are in different languages including English, Urdu and Bengali. According to Darussalam management, more books will be placed in the library soon in some other languages.
