LAHORE: Punjab Governor Ch Muhammad Sarwar has summoned the Punjab Assembly to meet on February 7 (Friday) at 3 pm.  Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Muhammad Iqbal would preside over the session which is likely to continue for two weeks. 
The Assembly secretariat has not yet issued the agenda for the upcoming session, but the government may table a bill to further amend the local government act to bring clarity in certain provisions as directed by the Lahore High Court.–Staff Reporter
