LAHORE – Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan on Thursday assured the House that the government would not consider any one  who does not fulfill the criterion  set for the appointment of Punjab University Vice-Chancellor. He made it clear that the government would not consider Prof Zafar Ullah Jadoon for the slot of VC if he obtained third division any year during his academic career.
On a Point of Order during the proceedings at the Punjab Assembly, PPP legislator Tanvir Ashraf Kaira drew the attention of the House that Prof Zafar Jadoon, one of the three persons short listed for appointment as VC, obtained third division during his academic career.
