LAHORE -  Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and some other members of the Sharif family at an informal meeting at Raiwind on Sunday exchanged views about the situation the case against former president Gen Pervez Musharraf may lead to, ongoing development schemes in Punjab and the decision of the Lahore High Court on the local government elections in the province.
The visit of the Saudi foreign minister due to begin today (Monday), and the loan scheme started for the youth also came under discussion. The prime minister praised the chief minister for the commitment with which he is serving the province.
Zahid Hamid to visit PCSIR on 6th: APP adds: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Zahid Hamid will visit Pakistan Council of  Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) Laboratories Complex in Lahore to inaugrate newly established Technology Business Incubation Centre (TBIC) and Halal Authentication Laboratory on January 6.
The purpose to establish TBIC is to strengthen the triangle linkage among the R&D organizations, academia and industry, said a spokesman of the PCSIR.
