LAHORE – The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) on Thursday disconnected the power supply to the residence of singer Zil-e-Huma, the daughter of renowned singer late Noor Jahan, over the issue of electricity theft.
The company deposited the meter in a local police station and requested the police to chalk an FIR against Huma. Lesco SDO Malk Bilal said the consumer was stealing electricity for months with the help of meter-reader Amjab Butt.
