LAHORE - Iranian group GROH-E-NOOR AHL-E-BAIT performed here at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU). The group recited verses from the Holy Quran and Naats, said spokesman of the varsity. Vice Chancellor Dr Bushra Mateen was the chief guest while the registrar Miss Shaista as well as senior members from faculty were also present. The event was organised with the cooperation of Iranian Cultural Centre Lahore. The group, which has performed in numerous countries, offered special prayers for the peaceful Pakistan.
