LAHORE (PR) - Hilal-e-Ahmer Punjab employees held a protest demonstration outside press club against secretary of the organisation Brig (r) Muhammad Saleem who according to them, is involved in corrupt practices.
The protestors appealed to the President, Chief Justice, Punjab Chief Minister and Governor that the organisation should be cleared of such people who were damaging its repute.
They alleged that the secretary was harassing workers and was involved in illegal transfers and dismissals of employees.  They held that the secretary was forcing drivers of the organisation to work overtime without any compensation.  They demanded his immediate removal and announced that their strike would continue till their demands are met.
