MoU inked between RCP, CPSP

LAHORE (PR) - Pakistani doctors would be able to work in England for a specified period as RCP London and CPSP have inked a memorandum of understanding. - According to an MoU singed between Royal College of Physicians, London and College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan, the Pakistani under training doctors would be able to get training in different institutions of England. Fellows of the CPSP will visit Royal College of Physicians in order to get advance training for a specified period. According to the MoU the experts of both countries will exchange views on medical education, standardised examination system and modern medical research via video-conference. The senior professors of both the institutions will participate as examiners in the examinations. Pakistani delegation comprised Professor Zafar Ullah Chaudhry, President CPSP and Professor Muhammad Shoaib Shafi whereas the delegation of Royal College was consisted of Prof. I An Gilmor, Presidetn, RCP, London, Dr Beeching and Prof. John Mc Dermote.
