Polio immunisation drive kicks off

LAHORE - It is a matter of great concern that Pakistan is far behind even from the African countries in Polio eradication. All the stakeholders including workers of Health Department, parents, social workers, teachers, religious leaders and people from various walks of life must discharge their responsibility with more commitment and professionalism for complete eradication of polio. These views were expressed by Chairman Chief Minsters Task Force on Spurious Drugs, Dr Saeed Elahi while inaugurating 3-day National Anti-polio Campaign at Childrens Hospital here on Saturday.
