It will be a tense wait for Saleem Malik whose appeal against the life-ban was adjourned by the Lahore High Court for a week due to the absence of the judge today. Malik will now appear before the session court on Septmeber 17th and will be represented by Shahid Karim, who is also the lawyer of Mohammad Asif.Pakistan Cricket Board banned Saleem Malik for life for his involvement in match-fixing in 2000 barring him from playing all forms of cricket. The former captain won an appeal against the ban in the Supreme Court which directed the Civil Judge Lahore to submit a report after hearing the case within two months.
