PMS Punjabi papers cancelled


LAHORE – The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) on Thursday cancelled the paper of Punjabi part-I&II competitive exams after the protest by the candidates against receiving out of syllabus question paper.
The candidates appeared in Punjabi part-I paper alleged that they had been given question papers consisting of syllabus of Punjabi part-II. While protesting, the candidates refused to take the examination.
While chanting slogans against the authorities concerned, the candidates blocked the road and demanded cancellation of the paper. Later, the papers of Punjabi part-I and II were cancelled and the candidates were told the papers would be held on July 18 and 19, respectively.
