OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE President College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan Prof Zafar Ullah Chaudhry has said that the institution would continue its efforts to overcome the shortage of specialists in dentistry through quality fellowship programme in the specialty. Speaking at the inaugural session of a conference on dentistry at King Edward Medical University on Tuesday, he said that the CPSP would appoint tutors with the consultation of heads of medical institutions to ensure effective monitoring of training courses. Prof Zafar Ullah was the chief guest at the inaugural session of the conference. Vice President CPSP, Vice Chancellor KEMU Prof Assad Aslam Khan, Medical Superintendent Mayo Hospital Dr Zahid Pervaiz, Farid Khan and Prof Riaz Warraich also addressed. Prof Zafar Ullah said that the CPSP would start trauma courses for nurses in collaboration with American College.
