LAHORE - Opposition members of PML-Q have staged a protest demonstration on The Mall against the party turncoats by beating plastic lotas to register their anger. Chaudhry Zaheerud Din, Punjab PML-Q general secretary, Dr Samiya Amjad, Majida Zaidi, Amna Ulfat, Seemal Kamran, Bushar Gardezi and Khadija Farooqi along with dozens of party workers took part in the demonstration on Wednesday. The protestors raised anti-Punjab government slogans for aiding and abetting the members of the unification bloc. The opposition members claimed they would not let the Punjab Assembly become a market of turncoats. The PML-Q leaders on this occasion pledged they would continue their protest till the time PML-N stops backing the turncoats under the name of unification bloc.
