LAHORE: Provincial Minister for Education and Youth Affairs Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan has said that the PML-N government has put an end to inertia persisting for the last 65 years by promoting inspiration among children and youth of Pakistan and broadening their intellectual horizon through global experiences.
He was addressing the inaugural ceremony of 5th Lahore International Children Film Festival at Alhamra on Monday. The festival has been arranged by a registered non-profit arts education organization “The Little Art” in collaboration with the NGO Youth Revolution Clan (YRC), City District Government Lahore and the Department of Information & Culture, Government of the Punjab. The festival will continue from September 16 to 21 in morning and evening sessions daily. Mashhood lauded the cause of enlightenment of mind through some of the best films made for, by end about children and young people from around the world .–Staff Reporter
