LAHORE - The British High Commissioner in Pakistan Adam Thomson called on JI Chiaf Syed Munawar Hasan at Mansoora on Tuesday and exchanged with him views on matters of bilateral interest. JI Secretary General Liaqat Baloch and JI Foreign Affairs chief Abdul Ghaffar Aziz were also present on the meeting. Meanwhile, the Election Commission reconfirmed the allocation of Scale as election symbol to the Jamaat-e-Islami.
Liaqat Baloch who visited the Election Commission in Islamabad and he was informed that the Commission had already allocated Scale as election symbol to the JI.
