LAHORE–Additional Sessions Judge Chaudhary Munir Ahmad on Monday directed the Mozang police to register a case against the accused involved in theft of jewellery from a house.
Applicant Shahnaz and her sisters submitted that they had handed over jewellery to Massarat Bibi as safety for temporary period. Later Massarat Bibi passed away and her brother Faisal now refused to return the said jewellery. Petitioner said they approached the police for registration of cases but police did not entertain their application.
After recording statement, the judge ordered the Mazan Police to register the case against accused and act in accordance with law on the application of Shahnaz.
