Pakistan win silver in Asian Beach kabaddi

LAHORE - Pakistan lost to arch rivals India in the Bali Asian Beach Games Kabaddi tournament 37-32 in Indonesia on Tuesday. According to reports reaching here, Pakistan were hit by injury and lost their top players Faryad, Wasim Sajjad and Wajid Ali. Earlier on Tuesday night, Pakistan managed to draw the match 41-41 with the Indians. Pakistan had also registered a win against Thailand 59-25. President Pakistan Olympic Association, Lt Gen retd Syed Arif Hasan announced a cash award of Rs 25000 for each player and congratulated the team on winning the silver medal.
