Joint Forensic Skills trainees graduate

LAHORE-  Graduation ceremony of Joint Forensic Skills Training of Police Investigators and Public Prosecutors from KPK was held today in the Punjab Forensic Science Agency.
At least 25 officers attended an extensive three week long course in the PFSA from the 6th of January to the 24th of January 2014. The training was organised and conducted by Aitebaar programme.  Additional IG Mian Muhammad Asif graced the occasion as Chief Guest.  The purpose of the training was to enhance the forensic skills of police investigators and prosecutors. It is expected that this training will help in reforming of police investigators on scientific lines.
Speaking on the occasion, the DG PSFA Dr Tahir said: PFSA is a state of the art forensic lab, there are foreign qualified scientists working in PFSA, DG said that they have trained over 2000 police officers and 600 judges.
