LAHORE- Hailing from a humble background, Mohammad Rizwan obtained the second position in the matriculation exams of the Lahore Board. Earning a livelihood by selling samosas, he managed to secure the high place despite working simultaneously.
He appeared for the exam as a private candidate. The son of a guard, Rizwan said that he had given up on his education due to his circumstances, but after watching the TV program ‘Alif, Bay, Pay’, he was motivated to begin studying again. Rizwan then began going to school and studied in the morning while selling samosas at night to raise money for his education.
