Boy injured in gas balloon explosion dies

Lahore- A 15 year old boy who had sustained burn injuries due to a gas balloon explosion died of his wounds today.
Some 17 people, most of them young boys, were injured on April 20 when gas balloons released during Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif's inauguration of an overhead bridge near the Walton Road exploded after landing near Kamaha road. One of the injured, identified as Naveed Asghar, died today in Mayo hospital, Lahore.
