CM to make Punjab unmatchable

LAHORE - Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the PML-N government is working round the clock for steering the country out of crisis.
He was talking to a delegation of assembly members on Monday. He said that our sincere and serious efforts would be fruitful and darkness will be removed from the country.
“If we make hard work, honesty and trust our motto, we can achieve all our goals.  Destiny of the nation and the country can be changed by following this golden principle. He said that assembly members should personally monitor public welfare schemes,” the CM added.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the principle of hard work, honesty and trust would have to be adopted for bringing the country out of numerous problems and putting it on the road to progress. He said that it is our responsibility to come up to the expectations of the people. He said that we can achieve our objectives through hard work and become a developed nation.
The chief minister said that Pakistan can be brought at par with the developed countries by removing economic disparities. He said that all facilities are available to the elite whereas common people are deprived of basic amenities. He said that the elite will have to give sacrifice and the disparity between rich and poor will have to be eliminated.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the pivot of politics of PML-N is to serve the masses and improve the living standard of deprived segments of the society. He said that every possible step is being taken for providing relief to the common man and mega projects are being completed in the province for this purpose.
The chief minister reiterated to make Punjab an exemplary province with regard to development. He said that an effective strategy has been evolved for accelerating the process of industrialization, promoting investment and development activities for overcoming problems like poverty and unemployment.
He said that best facilities are being given to the investors and all possible steps are being taken for the promotion of industries and development activities throughout the province. Shahbaz Sharif said that a target has been fixed for creating 40 lakh job opportunities during the next four years and this target will be achieved at all costs.
He said that skilled manpower can be prepared according to the market needs by promoting technical education.
The chief minister stressed upon assembly members to come forward for rooting out the menace of corruption, ensure transparent completion of development schemes and play their effective role for ensuring proper utilization of every penny of funds.
