The US Consulate employee was produced in court Friday on double murder charges while the court handed over the accused to the police on six-day remand. The US citizen was appeared before the Senior Judge Zafar Iqbal who handed over the accused to the police. He was brought to the court amid tight security arrangement. The man, Raymond Davis was described by the State Department in Washington as an American civilian working for the US Consulate in Lahore. Police said that it was requested from court to hand over the accused for eight days but the court had given six days remand.
