LAHORE - Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) on Wednesday claimed to have arrested a police Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Muhammad Sahreef on the charges of corruption.
Circle Officer said that ASI was arrested red handed when he was taking bribe of Rs10000 from a citizen. He said that Muhammad Ashfaq complained to ACE authorities that Shareef ASI was asking him for bribe of Rs10000 for registration of case with Mozang police station. DG ACE constituted a raiding team headed circle officer ACE Lahore Region, Zubair Akhlaq who arrested the accused red handed. A case has been registered against accused with ACE police station.
