The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday has resumed hearing into a case against former president and army chief Pervez Musharraf's November 3 act and appointment of PCO judges. Advocate Hamid Khan is arguing in the court, while no lawyer has been presented in the court from Musharraf. The legal fraternity throughout the country is observing 'Accountability Day' today. Following the Punjab Bar Council's decision, the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) and the Lahore Bar Association (LBA) have announced to boycott court proceedings and take out protest rallies to give vent to their anger against Musharraf whom SC has summoned for July 29.
