Two-Nation Theory highlighted at Ideological School

LAHORE - Punjab Rangers Deputy Director General Brigadier Muhammad Jamil said on Saturday that the Hindus and the Muslims were, are and will always be two entirely different nations.
On the eve of 14th annual session of the Nazariati Summer School organised at the Aiwan-i-Karkunaan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan by the Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust and Pakistan Movement Workers Trust, the Rangers deputy DG rubbished the mischievous elements advocating that the two nations have same culture and way of life. He termed that a sheer falsehood, saying that every Pakistani must be wary of such insidious propaganda. Wahga Border Wing Commander Lt Col Ash’ar Khan, Punjab Rangers PRO Major Sardar Ejaz Sindhu, Major Bilal Munir and Captain Kiran Sumaira also accompanied him. Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust Vice Chairman Professor Dr Rafique Ahmad also graced the event with his presence.
The Punjab Rangers warmly welcomed the children on the occasion of their study tour to the Wahga Border.
Addressing the students, Brigadier Jamil further remarked that he managed to realise his dreams, thanks to being born in an independent and sovereign state, Pakistan. He also advised the students to work hard and bring credit to their country.
Lt Gen (r) Zulfikar Ali Khan observed that his family had migrated from the East Punjab and found all the comforts and luxuries of life in the newborn state. “There are certain elements that indulge in corruption and believe in plundering. They must see reason and strike a balance between their rights and duties. Patriotism is a great virtue and we must help our young ones grow up to be patriotic Pakistanis.”
The students were also awarded prizes for putting up outstanding performance in different activities. Earlier, a tableau condemning terrorism was also presented.  Moreover, eminent intellectual and columnist Begum Bushra Rehman will address the students on Monday.
