LAHORE- Pakistan’s renowned educationalist Dr Khawaja Amjad Saeed passed away on Thursday. His funeral prayers will be offered on Saturday.

In a condolence statement, Punjab University Vice Chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran said that the country had faced an irreparable loss. He lauded Mr Saeed’s services to education and said he was a legendary educationist who had been accredited with the establishment of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and Hailey College of Banking and Finance.

He said Mr Saeed was an unparalleled scholar and had written a number of books which were internationally recognised. Dr Khawaja Amjad Saeed had travelled over a hundred countries in his quest for knowledge and was appreciated by renowned scholars in the fields of education and business.
