LAHORE - Federal Information Minister Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Monday asked the Punjab government to take action against the accused responsible for deaths of heart patients instead of resorting to political point scoring over a serious public issue. Talking to the media persons after administering oath to newly-elected office-bearers of the APP Employees Union here, she said that Punjab government’s person-specific approach had destroyed institutions, which was evident from the fact that hundreds of patients at PIC lost their lives because of chaos.
