The PTI leaders and workers cut cake, distributed sweets and congratulated each others for successful public meeting at Minar-e-Pakistan on October 30, 2011.
They prayed to the Almighty Allah for the progress and solidarity of the country and success of the PTI.
Addressing a press conference at the venue of last year’s public meeting, Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed said that the parties of status quo were afraid of growing popularity of the PTI. He said that parties afraid of tsunami of PTI would face crushing defeat in the upcoming elections.
He said that now Lahore belonged to Lahorites and the PTI and not to the PML-N. He said Pervez Musharraf failed to terrify the PTI and now the Punjab government was facing the same.
