If the majority of a territory wishes to secede from a country and they have the will, they can do so with out renaming their area. The Bengalis did. So opposition of the name Pakhtunkhwa on the assumption that it smacks of secession, is groundless. It would better not be opposed. -A. J. KHATTAK, Peshawar, March 31.
