By introducing Benazir Income Support Programme, the government has taken a laudable step to help the underprivileged class of Pakistan. This economic recession has tremendously affected the people living below the poverty line. They are the real sufferer of the present global recession too. By giving some money to one member of such families, we can really help them keep their heads above water. Otherwise, these people would be actually forced to beg in order to live.
