It is said if you want to know a nation's mentality travel by road! Our sick mentality is obvious by our behavior on the road, no regard for traffic rules, signals or even human beings. Every driver is a rash driver; there are no checks and balances or any discipline. The most common habit is over speeding, overloading, carrying dangerous items on motor cycles. Six people riding on one motor cycle!
I believe either we are the bravest nation or the dumbest, but then isn’t that the same? Traffic improved slightly when the new traffic police came into action but now I see the same fat bellied traffic wardens pulling poor motorcyclist on the side to extract money? Can we never improve? Can we never grow up and become a mature and ethical nation?
