ISLAMABAD- Former Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that chief of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan Mullah Fazlullah was sending ammunition to Pakistan from Afghanistan.
Speaking to journalists outside the parliament, the former interior minister said Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is supporting the government for establishing peace in the country. He said his party gave assurance to the government for an all-party conference. Replying to a query, he said the PPP and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) are not responsible for possible failure of dialogues. Rehman Malik was of the opinion that the government under the supervision of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is working hard to make the dialogue successful but he wasn’t positive about end results of the process. He also asked the government not to accept the demand of free zone from the Taliban.
