ISLAMABAD- Inquiry Commission probing into murder case of social worker Perveen Rehman, has been given 15 days more by Supreme Court (SC) for further investigation.
A two member bench of SC, led by Justice Nasir ul Mulk took up Human Rights Commission (HRC) petition for hearing today. Rahil Kamran appeared on behalf of HRC before the court and told inquiry commission has sought 15 days more for further investigation and progress in the case. The court inquired from Rahil Kamran if he had any objection to it. Rahil Kamran told the court he had no objection in this connection. Inquiry commission can be given two weeks time more. The court while allowing 15 days more to inquiry commission adjourned the hearing for April 15, 2014.
