Islamabad- Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Broadcasting Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha has said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf workers were involved in attacking Pakistan Television.
In an interview, he strongly condemned the attack on PTV building, damaging equipment and stealing of cameras. He said he himself was present in PTV when PTI workers stormed the building and stopped the transmission. He said the attackers were wearing “Azadi” shirts."
Mohsin Shahnawaz said PTI chief Imran Khan had promised that he will not cross the red-line but later ordered their workers to enter in red zone and Prime Minister House. He said the government believes in rule of law and supremacy of constitution and will take all the steps within the parameters of the constitution.
