SARGODHA - The Aalmi Majlis Tahaffuz-e- Khatm-e-Nubuwwat and other religious parties' activists on Sunday staged a protest demonstration against the target killings in the country and American intervention in the national affairs.
The protesters took out a rally from Jamia Masjid Block 1 and marched on various roads. The participants of rally held banners and placards shouting slogans. On the occasion, Muhammad Akram Toofani and other speakers said that the world powers were plotting against the Muslim while the rulers were living in ignorance.
They said it is time for the Muslims to unite to tackle the nefarious designs of anti-Muslim and anti-Islam powers. They expressed their displeasure over not taking any solid step like economic boycott of the US where a sacrilegious film was made. They emphasised the need for harmony and brotherhood among the Muslims.
